EFS Global is committed to conducting its business ethically, with integrity, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. As a Large UK-based transport company, we recognise our responsibility to combat modern slavery and bribery in all forms within our operations and supply chain.

Modern Slavery:

EFS Global acknowledges the gravity of modern slavery and human trafficking as significant violations of human rights. We are committed to preventing any form of forced labour, human trafficking, or exploitation within our organisation and supply chain. To achieve this, we will:

  1. Conduct due diligence to identify and assess potential risks of modern slavery and human trafficking within our operations and supply chain.
  2. Implement robust policies and procedures to prevent and detect modern slavery and human trafficking within various categories such as our health & safety and HR arrangements.
  3. Provide information and awareness for our employees to understand their role in preventing modern slavery, within our inductions and employment law handbook.
  4. Encourage transparency and collaboration with our suppliers, ensuring they adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements.
  5. Take appropriate action against any party involved in modern slavery, including termination of contracts and legal proceedings.

  1. Establish and enforce anti-bribery policies and procedures to prevent bribery in all aspects of our business operations, within our health & safety and HR arrangements.
  2. Provide information and guidance to our employees and associates on their responsibilities to comply with anti-bribery laws and regulations within the issued employment law handbooks.
  3. Implement controls and monitoring mechanisms to detect and report any suspicious activity related to bribery or corruption.
  4. Conduct due diligence on business partners, suppliers, and third parties to ensure they share our commitment to anti-bribery principles.
  5. Encourage a culture of honesty, integrity, and accountability, where employees feel empowered to report any concerns or violations of our anti-bribery policies.


Every employee of EFS Global is responsible for upholding and promoting the principles outlined in this policy statement and issued in their employment law handbook for understanding and acknowledgment. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or legal action where appropriate.

We are committed to regularly reviewing and improving our Modern Slavery and Anti-Bribery policies and practices to ensure they remain effective in addressing emerging risks and challenges.

This policy statement is endorsed by the senior management team and communicated to all employees, suppliers, and stakeholders within the EFS Global Group.
